File Sharing and Management

Project Partner allows users to share reports, documents, drawings etc., associated with the selected project.

 

Key Features:

  • Files can be viewed in the browser, or downloaded.

  • System is workflow enabled allowing full document histories and retrieval of previous versions of documents. The level of archiving is set by the Project Manager.

  • Files can be locked for editing by authorised team members so that project team members can download, edit and upload, without fear of other members editing the same document.

  • The Project Member Security System ensures that only authorised members have full access to uploading new documents or editing existing ones, with other members only given permissions to view or download.

  • Automated email notification ensures that the project team is kept up to date on the latest document releases.
